James Ellis DC, MSACN

Dr. James Ellis is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician in Woburn, MA. Dr. Ellis is a 2013 graduate of the prestigious New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Ellis holds dual degrees in both a Doctorate in Chiropractic (DC), and a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition (MSACN).

Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pa he was involved in a variety of sports, from BMX racing to wrestling, and cross-country running. Being so active, he learned the value of chiropractic at a young age.

Dr. Ellis has a passion for Bodybuilding and weight training which led him to his interest in nutrition. Dr. Ellis has always found it remarkable how what we eat effects all aspects of our health. He finds great joy in coaching people to lose weight and improve their eating habits which in turn improves their over-all health and performance, whatever their sport or interest.

He has advanced his education and clinical skills with continuing education in Connectx Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), NIMMO Technique, RockTape Kinesio Performance Movement Taping (PMT), and chiropractic sports medicine.  Dr. Ellis strives to provide the most up-to-date evidence based chiropractic care.

Lyndsay Martin, DC

Dr. Lyndsay Martin is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician practicing in Chelmsford, MA. She is a graduate of one of the top chiropractic schools in the country, New York Chiropractic College where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic (DC).

Growing up in Schenectady, NY Lyndsay was involved in a variety of activities and was a 3-sport athlete competiting in swimming, basketball, and track. Lyndsay attended Marist College on a swimming scholarship where she earned a B.S. in Biomedical Science. While attending Marist, Lyndsay earned many accolades including multiple MAAC and ECAC conference titles.

Lyndsay continues to remain active with CrossFit, Yoga, and Triathlons. She believes that staying active is key to living a healthy and happy life. She has advanced her clinical skills with advanced training in RockTape FMT 1,2 and PMT, Myofascial Release, and ConnecTX Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization.
