Dr. James Ellis is the founder of Evolved Health Chiropractic & Sports Medicine. Dr. Ellis is a Chiropractic Physician in Woburn, MA. As a 2013 graduate of the prestigious New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY Dr. Ellis holds dual degrees in both a Doctorate in Chiropractic (DC), and a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition (MSACN).
Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pa he was involved in a variety of sports, from BMX racing to wrestling, and cross-country running. Being so active, he learned the value of chiropractic at a young age.
Dr. Ellis has a passion for Bodybuilding and weight training which led him to his interest in nutrition. Always finding it remarkable how what we eat affects all aspects of our health, he finds great joy in coaching people to lose weight and improve their eating habits helping to improve their health and performance. He believes that proper nutrition and exercise are necessary to obtain good health. In his free time he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Ellis has advanced his education and clinical skills with continuing education by obtaining certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Connectx Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), NIMMO Technique, RockTape Kinesio Performance Movement Taping (PMT). Always striving to provide the most up-to-date, evidence based chiropractic care, Dr. Ellis is pursuing a diplomate in chiropractic sports medicine.
Dr. Ellis is currently seeing patients at the Woburn office.
